i can’t think of a better place to live

i’ve lived here for 6 months now and i love it i have a kid there a park that we love to walk to an seven the pool don’t get me started on the maintenance team they have been amazing the people make it worth living here

Don't live here

This place is awful and not worth a penny. They have roaches and refuse to handle them and still expect to get paid every month. The laundry facility is disgusting and the apartments are falling apart. Save yourself time and money and don't live here.

Photos Are Misleading

We currently live in this complex and our current unit looks no where near as nice as the photos provided in the advertisement. Walls are white and beige, no hardwood floors, or granite countertops. Decent price for mediocre living space but don't get your hopes up when you look at these photos. Maintenance requests can take over a week to be completed so keep that in mind also. We don't love it here but we also don't hate it.

Better than expected

Like most people I did my research before renting an apartment. I read all the reviews, but chose to go and take a look around Carlyle anyways. The ladies in the office were very friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. They showed me a couple apartments in my price range and they showed me a model. The model is very nice but I knew my actual apartment would look a little different. Deciding to rent at Carlyle was a good decision despite the bad reviews and I will be signing… another lease here. My best advice is don't always believe the bad reviews you read on the internet. You never know what that person might have done to deserve a bad response.

Office people are rude, maintenance takes forever, they don't like to give you information. Luxury my rear end, spending too much for too little.
