Jammed garbage disposal to the rescue! My garbage disposal stopped working even trying basic remedies such as pressing the reset button and all but to no avail. As soon as I submitted the work order - a maintenance staff stopped by quickly and fixed the problem! Not all hero’s wear capes, and they are the ones who don’t and are appreciated.

Quick and competent AC went down and it was repaired within about 15 minutes. Technician knew exactly what it was and was very polite.
