Maintenance is awesome My ac went out yesterday and emergency maintenance was there promptly and had my ac back up and going within a half hour! THANK YOU MAINTENANCE!!!!

Refrigerator and Floor Repair My Kitchen floor was replaced and they did a great job. The maintenance person that fixed my refrigerator was awesome! It was leaking. He removed everything from the freezer and fixed the leak. After he finished, he put everything back in the freezer. My daughter and I were extremely impressed, because we never had maintenance do anything like that. I wasn't home and my daughter did not get his name. Let him know that he is one of the best maintenance people... Charter Oaks has ever had!!!
