Maintenance Appreciation!! The last few times there was scheduled maintenance throughout my building, each maintenence person was incredibly nice upon entering my unit and completing their work!! Its so refreshing having people actually interact with you like human beings. Even though they're there to complete a job, it's nice to know that there are still people that have adequate social skills.

Maintenance is great Every time we've had a problem, they've always been super quick to respond. They're super friendly too, and super efficient with what they need to do. We needed our whole furnace replaced a while back, and it took them no time at all. It's hard, hard work, but you guys do great!
