A Dump

The apartments are old, in poor condition and in great need of upgrades. On top of the poor living conditions, the landlords are known for charging the tenants for 'wear & tear' that is not reasonable. Make sure you take pictures of everything, especially the counter tops. I, and other tenants, were charged for damage that we did not produce! Best thing is to avoid this place.
