I've visited this place twice and honestly its one of the most home felt complex I've visited. All of the staff member's I've spoken to are very kind and professional. I just don't understand there rigorous application process. Im going to try again with the process and hope for the best if not I wish good luck to whoever make this place their home.

Nice Place to Live
I've been living at Cordoba almost 2 years now and I plan on renewing my lease again. It's a nice area centrally located to all the things you'll need. The rent is very affordable and maintenance is fairly quick whenever you need something repaired. The cabinets are a little outdated, but if you're decent at decorating you forget about it. My neighbors are nice and quiet and I've never had any issues with management. Recommend for young professionals and small families.

Decent
I've lived here for a year and it's been decent . The parking got on my nerves at times if you didn't come home at a decent time . If your apartment isn't in the same building as the laundry , it's an inconvenience going outside to the next building with your things . Washers and dryers were always broken. The bugs were overwhelming especially in the summer. My apartment was next to the woods so it's understandable. Overall the neighbors are quiet and friendly. Most of the people in my building... have lived here for multiple years . I hated how I would try to run the faucets and the water will always run warm or hot . Never cold. I love the area so I dealt with the extras . Good schools. Only reason I'm moving is more space .

However, if you are having trouble locating it in your building, please contact us and we... can show you exactly where it is located. Parking can get quite full in the evenings sometimes, and this has a lot to do with our high occupancy and the demand for our apartments. If you are interested, you can purchase a carport so that you can have your own covered parking spot that is only yours. Love the place but my car wheels were stolen
Staff members are wonderful! I've been here since August in 2015. In October a Chrylser 300c 2016 wheels were stolen and I have a Dodge Charger that was parked in my carport and my wheels were stolen January 2016. If you drive a nice car please put alarm on your car. Wheel locks mean nothing. They still stole my wheels. Farmington hills police have been more than helpful about the situation but it's sad that I had to go through that situation and I just moved here.
