Communication with landlord is terrible. Everyone’s rental rates are different and for no apparent reason other than he can. Also the rental price is outrageous compared to the location, quality of the apartments and the apartment complex as a whole. Trash is typically overflowing. The mailboxes don’t open or close properly, most are always unlocked. Landscape and lawn are not maintained at all and the bugs are horrendous because of it. Maintenance is a joke, I’ve had to purchase and fix... everything wrong with my apartment since I moved in. I had no closet doors upon moving in, was told they would be replaced. I had to purchase, paint and install new ones myself. Electrical outlets don’t work properly, melting the covers and/or shorting out and destroying anything plugged into them. Water damage was brought up when I moved in and nothing has been done well over a year later, no one has even been out to look at it. Read More
