When I first moved in, I would have given it 3 stars. I've now been here a year and I have learned it is not going to get any better. Moving in, I saw signs showing that they have security cameras. I know now that this is not true. There used to be 2 washers and 2 dryers for every 8 tenants. Now, they have removed 1 washer and 1 dryer. There are also no locks to the doors going into the buildings. On top of all of that, they bumped up my rent $30 a month after my first year. If you need... a quick place to go, go here. Was in desperate need of an immediate apartment. Found this place, "family owned" and I loved it ( besides me and my boyfriend being stereotyped from the very beginning) the application was a bit TOO simple (there's a catch right?) yes, the rent is $590 for a 1 bedroom and after she (Nikki) tells me I've been denied acceptance I ask why she said 1) I haven't been at my job for one full year ( me explaining I just moved back) and I have to make $1800 and up...... Now I've tried stating and... showing proof I have a legit full account for rent only plus my job is $15 an hour and she still said no with an attitude. Not trying to work with me just rude.
