I’d rather be homeless than live here
From not feeling safe living here, the leasing offices and maintenance’s ignorance to problems, moldy buildings, maintenance’s lack to complete any sort of repair and overpriced rates? If you wanna live in a musty stale box that’s comparable to being in purgatory with extreme heats in the summer and coldness in the winter, don’t waste your time, don’t fall for their deals and discounted rates and promotions, go and find somewhere else to live and be happy elsewhere, you won’t find that with... prentis estates, and that’s one thing we can promise.

Awful place
No air conditioning except one small window unit in the living room so the rest of the apartment gets 80-90 degrees during the summer maintenance never fixed issues they would look at them then never come back and fix it and they said there would be washer and dryer hookups in the apartment but there’s not they have one washer and dryer on the first floor and top floor that are usually broken or being used

Outstanding!!!
I love everything about this place! The mangagment could not get any better, super friendly and always there with an answer. The maintence guys have gone above and beyond and I would recommended this place to anyone who is looking for somewhere to live that has everything you would want from the friendly staff to the super convenient stores that are all around this area.

I love it here!
The apartments are well constructed with excellent sound proofing. The office staff are very friendly and hard working, ensuring that the complex is well run. They respond to maintenance issues very quickly and work hard to keep the premises clean and safe. It's a wonderful place to live!

It's amazing here!!!!
Management is amazing people living here are nice it's quiet comfortable they made it feel like a real home as soon as we moved in. I would recommend this complex to anybody who needs a place to live and where they're going to be treated Like they matter... My fiancé and I are the happiest we've been in years since we've moved inThe location is prime any possible store or you could ask for or restaurant is less than 2 miles away let alone the delivery service that they have specifically for this... apartment complex WE LOVE IT HERE THANK YOU ROBYN, Heidi and everybody else in the front office from the manager Andrea to maintenance they're all fabulous people my name is Mathew and I approve this message LOL
