Everything is fine, everything is calm, comfort, very good, excellent neighbors, excellent social environment, some problems to solve, but nothing serious is normal in all rents, but out of the ordinary, everything is excellent

Good neighbors. Could use some new carpets, could use repainting. Mellow place to be overall.wish there were a firepit down by the water. More community events should deffinately happen.

One of the great highlights of this place is the maintenance team, especially Alyson from ReNew Kentwood, who is consistently exceptional. They are punctual and reliable, always arriving on time and responding quickly to requests. Communication with Alyson is clear; she explains the problems, details what needs to be done, and provides deadlines. The work is of high quality, with thorough and durable repairs aimed at correcting root causes and preventing recurrence. They are friendly and... respectful of my space, clean everything up after completing tasks, and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor. If you are a resident here, know that you are in good hands with this team, and they all deserve recognition for their hard work, professionalism, and dedication in keeping the property comfortable and safe.

I am in my 16th year here, and I love my apt and the community. The management is awesome too, and the convenience and cliseness of everything, such as stores, restaurants, gas stations too. Alot of choices. I love watching the wildlife from my 3rd floor balcony. Deer, squirrels, turkeys, birds, ducks, and geese, and in the spring/ summer, baby ducks and geese. They are so cute following their parents, and watching them learning to swim across the pond all in a row. Thee best life ever !!... Thankyou Renew Kentwood for the blessings in my golden years!????

We have been living here for a few months now and we absolutely love it. It's peaceful, clean, neighbors are awesome, leasing office staff and maintenance are pretty great. No complaints.
