I love the gym. We pay for pest control each month but I still have a lot of bugs in my apartment which may be due to living on the first floor. The pools are closed quite frequently

It’s a nice place to live, gives you everything you need in one place. We’ve enjoyed our time here. Love the location as it’s in between lots of stores on 28th St

I like how fast maintenance requests get done. There is also a very large community of all different backgrounds. The ducks and geese had baby’s this year and it was so cool to watch them grow. They grow so fast.

Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful, especially the leasing office staff! The apartment is lovely and the amenities are worth every penny.
