It has been a year almost. Lots of nice people,great family events. I feel happy here.Close to every thing you need. Good schools, stress free. Just a great location.

pretty good experience but have had some repeated maintenance issues due to the old buildings. the pool seems to be closed more than it is open in the summer. other than that it's been fine

I've been living at Woodland Ranch in Cascade, Michigan for almost a year now and overall, it's been a really positive experience! I'd give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The best part about this complex is definitely the atmosphere – my neighbors are consistently friendly and the community here is wonderfully quiet, making it a genuinely good place to live and relax.

This community has so much to offer — indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, walking paths, and even sand volleyball. It’s spacious and peaceful, perfect for relaxing evenings or weekend hangouts.

Great community to live in, love how on top of maintenance etc. management is. Love the events / activities held, etc. but I just feel the communication could be better. When maintenance will be coming through for various services. Maybe do a building at a time? I.e., an announcement goes out that something will be done, and it takes months and we don’t know what day they’ll show.
