ReNew Prairie Park Apartments

My move-in experience to here to the renew apartment w good. While I did have some trouble at first in the beginning, the leasing staff was still helpful. When I arrived, the unit was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described in the listing. I appreciated how organized everything was—the keys were ready, the utilities were set up, and I had no issues accessing the building or parking. The apartment itself exceeded my expectations, with modern appliances and a comfortable layout. The... neighbors I met were friendly, and the overall community had a welcoming vibe. I have zero complaints about the complex / community. The grounds are always well maintained and clean and the office staff is always very responsive and understanding with any concerns I’ve had

A nice place to live. Close to many stores, restaurants and the library. Maintenance always fixes our requests in a timely manner. We like watching the duck pond from our balcony. We don’t use the dog park but like the park that’s walking distance down the street.

Beautiful, well maintained property. I love the view and quiet neighborhood. I wish there was a gym and rec area to utilize, otherwise great place to live! Wonderful friendly staff.
