Really improved from when my family lived there about 6 years ago.

It is so affordable. The new owners and managers have really cleaned up the park! They brought in new homes recently. Its good to see the growth.

Residents property gets ruined by maintenance per the management. My family has lived in the park for over 15 years and they just recently had new owners purchase the park. They send out ridiculous letters stating flowers that have been in the ground for years are to be removed even though they are on residents lots. My uncle has had maintenance rip out his flowers 2 times already this year that have been there for years. Letters are being sent to long time residents stating shutters and decks... are to be painted to match their trailer regardless of it was recently done or not. Had a close friend paint hers and shortly after received a letter stating she did not bring her paint up to be approved by them and needed to repaint. The management as well as staff have way over stepped their boundaries when it comes to residents property in and around their homes. I would not recommend moving here unless you enjoy harassment.
