Avoid

If you want to always be messing with your pilot light on your water heater then this is the place for you. Anytime the wind blows a certain way it comes down and blows the pilot light out. I've woken up many times and have either had to take a cold shower or skip it before going to work. I've never had so many maintenance issues for one apartment. Decent location and neighborhood but at this rate it is absolutely overpriced for what they charge.

good location!

The leasing agents, management, and maintenance are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. It is A very quiet apartment complex and a peaceful location. About a quarter mile away from the busy street, 7 mile, so you don’t have traffic disturbance. Every apartment complex will have issues, but I believe that the respectful and quick service at Canterbury makes all the difference with our living experience! It is also centralized location to Detroit, Royal oak, northville, Plymouth, novi!… All great areas.

All is good

We just moved in 3 weeks ago but we love it. The staff is great plus we got new windows and doorwall. Love the washer/dryer in the apartment.

Quiet place for me

Though the grounds have changed since I moved in and I know it's for the best, that was the only complaint I have. I enjoy the staff that works here all the way from maintenance to the leasing department to the other fellow tenants that I encounter.
