The community is so quiet and welcoming. The staff is absolutely amazing. Lindsey and Lauren are great people, Amanda was a sweetheart and has been very helpful. I can’t thank the staff enough.

Lauren was amazing. She reached out promptly and set up a tour for us right away. She was knowledgeable and efficient. The park is beautiful and you can tell it is a well-cared for community. Lauren helped us go from viewing to closing in a little over 5 weeks! We are excited to call Meadow Creek home!!

Great community that is managed by a wonderful staff. Everytime I have interacted with them its been a very pleasant experience. This spring Meadow Creek staff and residents created a community garden, which is available for all to take part in. Maintenance is very attentive with a system in place to easily notify them of any concerns. I have only had to use it once for a screen door issue and it was fixed with 48 hours of me notifying them. Neighbors are very friendly and quick... to return a wave as you pass by. The dog park is quite large and the doggie bag dispencers are always stocked. This small attention to detail helps immensely, keeping yards and common grounds free of pet waste. My family and I just renewed our lease and will happily continue to do so. Meadow Creek's location is ideal. Less than a mile from Gratiot Road, you can easily get to major shopping centers, restaurants and other local attractions in minutes. The surrounding area also hosts festivals, farmer markets, and summer activities by the lake that can't be beat. When you are looking to get away from the crowds, Meadow Creek is surrounded by back roads, large fields that are great for watching deer graze, and beautiful walking paths. From fall to summer, this wildlife and diverse natural landscape helps you to decompress and reset. The diversity of the homes and accommodations make this a wonderful place to live. The rates are very attractive for both renters and those looking to purchase a home. I have been living in MeadowCreek for almost 5 years. It is a nice community. Affordable. Nice homes. The community manager Jill, has always been so helpful in answering the few questions I have had. There is a fitness center, pool, play area and plenty of activities that are planned throughout the year to join in, now that COVID has been dissipating. When the opportunity presents itself, I plan to upgrade and continue living in the MeadowCreek community. Great place for any size, and age family... . Read More
