If you like mold growing on your windows and walls this place is for you. The maintenance and landlord will not care and will say they will take care of it and don't. The appliances will break down and not work. The maintenance guy will tell you that he is ordering parts and taking care of it and well, months will go by and you won't hear or see him. The neighbors in the first building towards road are very nosey and will be sending you notes blaming you for stuff that you haven't done or were... gone during that time period. They also don't like dogs barking and if one bark comes from your dog they are over at your unit warning you that it's too noisy and they'll be calling on you.Also, the parking lot is so small and limited spots that the customers from the bar park there and when they leave will scratch or smash your car all up and the landlord will sound like he cares and will help, but instead you better have great insurance otherwise your car will go broken. The best part is you better love to smoke or love a cigarette/weed smell. They say it's a smoking free building IT IS NOT. Tenants are allowed to stand on their balcony and smoke a pack and guess where all the smoke goes in? Yup, that would be your apartment. They also smoke in the hallways and if you don't smoke your clothes will indeed smell like you do. I would get blamed for smoking weed and ciagrettes at work and would get questioned for it.
The only great thing I can say is that they let dogs live there and the dogs that do live there are nice and incredible. Tenants with bigger dogs take care of the feces in the lawn but the little dog owners will not. Also, the movie store is right across the road and it's very convenient on rainy days.
