There's a lot I could say negatively about this complex but the worst of it all is that the water has to be shut off at least once a week, and the heat, like really? If it's not water it's the heat and this is ridiculous. Neighbors leave trash outside their door for days, the trash dumpsters run over with trash. People are allowed to move in at all hours of the day or night. Maintenance is horrible, you put in a request and it takes 3 weeks or more to get a response but management wants to be... paid on time. What a joke, i HATE IT HERE

DON'T MOVE HERE!
This place has Roaches, Roaches & more roaches, thin walls, poor installation, trash on ground around complex, poor maintenance, waiting forever for something to get fixed or replaced. Don't waste your money this place is horrible. I'm just trying to last until my lease end without scarring my credit.

DONT LIVE HERE
Absolute garbage. Unresponsive management and maintenance. RATS. Loud and rude neighbors. Absolutely not worth the money. I feel trapped in my lease.

Home away from home
You can forget all the negative reviews.... this place has changed dramatically over the past year. Everything from new management to upgrades in all the units and the maintenance supervisor Thomas really goes out of his way to make sure everything in your place is working right. My Wife and lived here for a short period of time over the past year using it as a transition place while we were selling our house and looking for one in Riverview. The pool was always clean, there weren't a ton of... ppl using it during the summer either. For the price, this place is a diamond in the rough.

First impressions
I just called Huntington house to ask about their availability. Phone Answered and hung right back up. That kind of tells me the office staff doesn't care. Move on to the next one.
