Olive wood

Do not rent with them. The beginning is smooth and nice, but our lease was concluding and they put a notice on our door to let them know if we were resigning and we let them know same day we would not be. They then said “oh well it’s not a 60-day notice, so you will be charged for the next month plus a fee.” We called again and the unprofessionalism from the property manager was baffling. I’ve rented many apartments in the past and never have I experienced the disrespect from someone who we are… renting from. She made it very apparent that she did not care and just wanted us to pay them the extra money. 0 stars.

Excellent maintenance

Always timely and polite.
HVAC system sucks! Not forced air not efficient. Using space heater for comfort and cost savings.

horrible

We moved in and it was a great start but then we started having issues. First the ac/heating unit broke and it took almost a month to get it fixed and it was winter time. Our neighbors are horrible and we have complained many times. They yell and scream and bang stuff at all hours of the night and we have a 4 month old and I’m surprised she hasn’t been woken up. I feel that they don’t take concerns seriously and make sure you read the lease agreement!

A place to call home

I have been living at olivewood for a couple of years and just resigned for another. The leasing agent and maintenance staff are wonderful. The office manager Sherice is courteous, friendly, and goes above and beyond her job description for her tenets and for the community. In just the couple of years that I have lived here I have seen so much improvement to the community. Sherice has made a huge difference here at olivewood and made my decision to sign for another year an easy one. Thank you… Sherice for all you do.

Do not move in

The office manger is the rudest person I have ever met. Lived here four months and not fixed shower unable to take shower. Ni screens in windows. Will not use attic found six rat traps.
Dish washer broke. And was told they don't have a staff person to repair. Unbelievable!!!!!
