Great Apartment Concept Redwood is apartment living without feeling like an apartment. 2 car covered garage and home entrance, your own address, one story and bedrooms on opposite sides of the home. Shelby is a great location. The people working here are very helpful, and any problems are responded to quickly.

Great place to live! Although my time at the Shelby Redwood apartments was only a year, the community and professionalism of th staff really made my stay enjoyable. Lonie and his team are very responsive and the grounds are kept very clean and well manicured. Thanks Redwood Team, for giving me such a great apartment style living experience.

Excellent Moving Date July 25, 2025 I moved into the Redwood Shelby Township community without a problem thanks to Lonnie Bachi. Lonnie assisted me with online paperwork (being a seasoned citizen a true chore) with patience, a joyful demeanor and excellent customer service.

My apartment with move-in ready with little to none preparation.
