Amazing community I absolutely loved my home at Redwood! Had I not relocated to northern Michigan, I would most definitely have renewed my lease. I've worked in commercial & residential real estate development & management for 38 years, and Redwood's operations are spot on. The staff are top-knotch, from leasing to property management to maintenance. The grounds and residences themselves are designed well and are well maintained. I have had no noise issues or maintenance concerns. Thank you... Redwood team!

Great place to live I highly recommend living here. The community is nice, the people are friendly and the staff is awesome. The office always quickly answered any questions I had and maintenance was very prompt with any issues.
