Chateau Riviera

I did a viewing of the place, multiple apartments and i like the structure, open kitchen, nice closet space, restrooms are a decent size. Looked like a peaceful environment. The only issue i seen was the size of the apartment; I dont see 943 SQFT lol felt more like 800 SQFT. i just moved from a duplex that was the same size, so maybe im just used to many floors and all but the bedroom was about 10x10 measuring with my feet and living room was a little small to my liking. my last bedoom was 11x13... + closet space. Stopped by for a tour of the property and was shown a unit. You can tell they did a horribly rushed job on the unit from the painting, caulking, and more. The appliance is cheap-looking, and so is the carpet (you can actually see it buckling up) in certain areas. The basement is dirty-looking and you can tell they don't mop, sweep, or sanitize let alone have the building sprayed for bugs regularly as I saw dead bugs throughout the basement. You can hear the neighbors walking and talking so the... walls/floors are very thin and creaky. In the hallway going into the unit, the hallway stinks like the carpet has not been shampooed. I drove by later on after hours to get a better feel of the property and as I walked around I could smell marijuana and loud music being played. I know the tenants have to be upset with the things I noticed and they live there. The money they want to charge is ridiculous, each tenant should have their own washer and dryer in their unit and not a shared one in a nasty basement. Doesn't seem like the property manager/staff has a keen sense of what's going on after office hours. All in all, I wouldn't select this property as my “future” home. Read More

Every apartment building comes with issues but Chateua Riviera is the place to be. Very convenient, quiet neighborhood, very spaciuos units. Excellent place to reside.

If you want beauty instead of the beast move here there is friends to meet flowers to grow pets can walk in peace the landscape is enchanting the apartments are large roomy each apartment is different think of the French quarters the staff are at your command. Come and meet your new neighbors.
