Reasonably priced

They are reasonably priced but you will pay a lot more for your electric bill in the winter because the heating method has not been updated. I barely had the heat on last December and my bill for a one bedroom apartment was $210. You are responsible for snow and leaf removal on the sidewalks in front of your apartment. You have to deposit your rent check directly into landlord's bank account, no drop box is provided. In the long run what you have to take care of yourself and the outrageous... electric bill you would be better off paying a little more every month and you won't have to worry about the snow and leaves and I am sure they have a drop box for rent payments. It is a very small complex and is very quiet most of the time so I guess you just need to decide what is important to you
