Run away

Dumpster fire.. trash outside, dog run is about the size of a large living room.
My apartment experience being, not having a dryer for 3 months (amenity?) kitchen, dining room and bathroom lights flicker (now I'm suspicious if a circuit caused my TV to blow out), my closet light stayed broken for months so I had to use the flashlight on my phone, my kitchen sink leaked twice- all over the place- the toilet never fully flushes, but it runs water throughout the day, my porch light doesn't work,… gas leak, my windows are bowed and won't shut so my gas bill is out of control, the dumpster is shared with the complex next door so you have to walk a football field to dispose trash..overall I've had about 8-9 work orders put in, and it seemed to annoy the maintenance men A LOT. These are legitimate issues and both maintenance guys treated me like a Karen. The rest of the staff are randomly rude and are slow to respond to anything. Also, consider the fitness center... size of a bedroom - the office is literally +75° per the thermostat, who would want to work out in there!? Maybe the staff should think about their renters and the 'amenities' that makes them feel discouraged to use.. There's been so many issues you would think it's a parody.
If anyone ever asks or I hear them/or a stranger looking for an apartment, I will make sure they know this place is beyond disappointing and shouldn't rent. Better off being homeless.

amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. They were so helpful in helping us find a place after our apartment fell through. The apartments were open and spacious with a balcony. They offered us refreshments food and we’re caring and considerate through the entire process. This was a wonderful tour and they helped us so much. We will definitely be renting here and for a few years to come.

Great Complex

Lived here for over 5 years after getting divorced. Great location, surrounded by grocery stores, banks, car washes, movies, bowling, lakes and fast foods. Staff and maintenance are excellent. Love living here and would recommend it to anyone.

Run, run away as fast as you can.

Everything is a false front. Friendly faces at the lease signing turn into the definition of a slum lord. Amenities are micromanaged and community issues are hit with passive aggression. Maintenance will enter without asking and they rarely fix problems including things like black mold, broken AC, malfunctioning appliances. The lawn is brittle and brown every year. The pool and fire pit will be locked or shut off w/o warning if management is upset. The most stressful renting situation of my… life.

Get away while you can

This is the worse decision I could’ve made . The office staff pretend to be friendly but once you sign the lease they are totally different . I was approved and moved into a apartment. A month later an application fee and holding fee was applied to my monthly rental amount . I called corporate and never received a phone call back . I was forced to pay the extra 150 dollars . The hallways smell of urine , the toileting system is constantly backing up , alot of noise , people doing drugs in the… hallways . The bills are very expensive. Maintenance will enter your home at their convenience and not fix the issue . My shower head has been leaking since I moved in three months ago . Please find a better place to call home . You will regret moving to ASHTON PINES !!!!
