Viewing cancelled by property

I had an appointment to view an apartment on Sunday. They sent a confirmation text for that appointment then called an hour or so later to tell me they rented it, and if I want to view an apartment, it will have to be tomorrow morning.

Normal one star behavior from a one star property.

Go somewhere else

At the current moment, I would absolutely not recommend Waterford Pines. Theft, garbage throughout the courtyard, and management that won’t give you the time of day. Cops have been called multiple times and issues still not resolved. Go somewhere else to pay the luxury rent price. It’s not at all worth it here when you have to worry about your belongings and, at this point, safety. Stay away.

Recommended

I have lived here for two years now, and I am so comfortable! The community is great, the neighbors are nice, and I can’t really hear anything through the walls so it’s quiet too. I have never really had a problem here so I would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Experience living here

Waterford pines is a great apartment complex to live in, the complex grounds are friendly to people and animals. It’s quiet, the staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick and responsive for all issue you may run into, all around solid place to live would recommend for anybody
