Management of Dellwood Estates is great. They helped me get into the apartment as soon as possible. It was clean, fresh paint, new carpet, just want I wanted.

I have lived here for over ten years and love it. It's like living with a large extended family. Many of us have become very good friends and we have some great social activities. The apartments are very nice and have plenty of storage. They are quite large and the decks are very nice to sit and read on. It's just a nice place to call home. Our manager is very nice and helpful. Our caretakers do a great job keeping our building looking nice.

Dellwood Estates is better than your average big corporation, looking to make a buck, I have enjoyed living here and the staff is second to none. it is a safe and quit place to come home to, and if you need to speak to someone live at anytime day or night, you can reach them, I have lived in other communities in the area and they fail miserably when compared to the qualify and friendliest of Dellwood States.And the reason I can say this with all honesty is the staff you can live in a glamorous... apartment and it means nothing without good staff to manage it.
