Garbage chute blocked When I tried to put my trash bag down the chute I found it blocked and couldn’t free it up. I reported it and the next time I had to use it, the problem was rectified. For all the people on the 7th floor, thank you!

Service Please! The move in went well and I love my new place but I have an ice maker issue and a leaky faucet issue and I’ve put in maintenance requests and I haven’t heard a peep in over a week. I was expecting better service and at least an acknowledgment letting me know they have received my issues with an ETA on when they will be addressed.
