Great Location, Awesome customer service, Awesome Amenities

First of all office staff very helpful and friendly. Anytime something is broken, they fix it right away. I love living here . I really recommend it for anybody to come and live here, you’ll love it.

Great Location, Safe Neighborhood, Awesome Amenities

I lived at International Village before relocating to Florida, then chose to live there again when I moved back to Minnesota. Each time the office staff were professional and polite. I had an issue with my microwave and was able to put a request in online in the morning, the microwave was fixed by the time I got home from work! Amenities are fantastic. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and my neighbors are all pleasant and respectful! I live in a dog friendly building… with my pup, there's plenty of areas to walk and they keep disposal bags nearby throughout the property. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Excellent Apartment Community

Had a positive experience living at International Village, and I'd recommend it for any age or family situation.

Pros:
-amenities are unmatched: large fitness center, two lighted tennis courts, two indoor basketball/racquetball/volleyball courts, indoor pool and hot tub, multiple saunas, outdoor pool, outdoor gas grills, more
-helpful, responsive, and friendly maintenance and office staff
-apartment interiors are clean and reasonably modern
-well-maintained landscaping and prompt snow… removal
-easy access to groceries, shopping, and I-35

Cons:
-buildings are older and have a dated exterior appearance
-imprecise temperature control in room, especially with heating

Great amenities, location and helpful staff!

The staff here offer EXCELLENT customer service! After I moved in I had issues with a noisy upstairs neighbor who didn't seem to ever sleep at night. After a few weeks, when earplugs, white noise and sleep meds didn't work, the apartment manager went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation. In the end she helped me find a top floor apartment to move into. I would definitely recommend International Village based on this experience alone! Not to mention the amenities are great! It is not… the newest complex in the area but it offers a lot for the price. Indoor and outdoor pools plus hot tubs, sauna and exercise room are kept very clean. They own 6 buildings on 20 acres, so it is very quiet for sleeping at night. You can't hear traffic, sirens or planes.

My apt at the International Village Apts is awesome!

Apartments.com helped me locate the best apt in the South Metro (MPLS, MN area! International Village Apts offer an E-Application and it works great, includes a huge discount. My apt search was very easy and painless. My apt was clean, new and basically maintenance free. The amenities are out of this world. Including an indoor pool and well as an outdoor pool, many jacuzzi's, tennis courts, basketball court, racket ball, workout room, golf putting greens, house shoes, table tennis, pool and a… great event room. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are the best anyone could imagine. I had a great experience with the whole process thanks to Apartments.com and the staff at International Village Apts. Have fun with your searches using Apartments.com. Look into the International Village Apts you will have a very nice and comfortable living.
