Constant weed smell in your home
I have lived at HQ for about a year. It was rather enjoyable for the majority of it. Until I had neighbors who moved in next door… neighbors who constantly scream at one another and slam the door to their unit. In addition the constant weed smell that permeates from the HVAC because of their indoor and outdoor usage.
Management has told me to contact them, the concierge at the given time or the security team they hire. I understand the complexity of addressing a resident and their negligence at... following the rules of their lease. However, it doesn’t negate the issues I still deal with. On top of the lack of follow up from the initial phone/email tag I have had with management initially. (I have email receipts going back since November.) A new manager has contacted me by ultimately nothing has changed. In addition to their online portal not showing that I had signed a lease renewal. I’ve always had issues with my HVAC smelling off. Almost like rotten milk. It’s evident once in the hallways as well. I’ve had to put charcoal filters in my vents, and run an air purifier at full blast 24/7 to barely get even a little relief.
I can’t suggest anyone move here, which is unfortunate because this place has potential.
