Nice Place to live

I love living here!
I had 7 years of a peaceful experience living at Metropolitan Towers; the rental office managers are helpful and understandable, specifically Marissa the property Manager, maintenance usually attends to work orders on a timely manner; price it’s reasonable; property ground are usually up to standards (condition of parking can improve by a lot in winter-noticed icy parking lot this passed winter season) The property feels secure and inviting, nice and respectful neighbors; if… you are looking for a peaceful place to live near the Mall of America and airport this is the right one!!!

I ENJOY LIVING HERE!!

I have been living here since 9-20 and i really love it the rooms are big the laundry room close and my neighbors are very nice I also wanted to thank management Marisa and Stella they have been so nice going out there way to help my family the first day i moved here i had not had time to get to the store i left to get my son came back and had a big bag full of house stuff on my door tissue soap everything i appreciated that thank you again ladies!!

I love living here

I've lived in the building for about a year and a half and I would recommend it to everyone. The rent is reasonable, everyone who works there is super nice and they seem to genuinely care about the building and the people that live here. The appliances are a little old but they work just fine and maintenance is really fast to respond if something has gone wrong.

Metropolitan Towers

The apartments are just ok. The rent goes up every year and the apartments are extremely outdated. The only reason I gave it a two star rating is because the location is ideal. Everyone won't have the same view as I do but this is my honest review.

The apartments are far more than just okay. You will not find a comparable price for that size of unit. The layout is open with plenty of storage. The rent is at current market rent which you will find everywhere. It is worth a trip to see Met… Towers!
