Great Value
I lived in a Studio, by far the best deal I found around. Great location, easy access to the major Interstates, shopping or restaurants. The most unique part about this property that I liked was that I forgot I was in the city. The 5 building have a big green space in between them and surrounded by trees. The property manager was great, knew all of the residents by name. Maintenance requests were taken care of very quickly. The building is older and shows some signs of it and the building can... have a bit of a smell to it. Everything was in decent/good shape. There also was the month-to-month lease option (might have to pay extra per month for it) which was hard to find. Now that I am going to be taking a new job in the area again, months after leaving, I am strongly considering returning. If you are looking for highest quality, this isn't the place. If you want the best value, this is the place.
