Worse experience in countered
I called inquiring about an apartment and they lady who answered the phone was horribly rude and inpatient. It is very frustrating to try looking for a home and find one that interest you and the people are rushing you off the phone and not willing to answer your questions! After being treated so poorly I was still interested in the property and asked the lady if she could be more pleasant and she hangs up on me. Not a way someone should be treated

Great Place to Live
My husband and I moved to Bloomington for jobs and we found the Arbors. Even though we were only there a short while our experience was great. The property manager always responded to things quickly and was able to fix any problems. The caretakers were great as well, they also responded in a timely manner to any issues. Overall, the whole staff was great to work with and were always friendly. The apartments are very spacious compared to how much the rent costs. These apartments were the... biggest ones we were able to find with how low the price was. We would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone moving to or within the Twin Cities.
