How Is This Rating Determined?

Don't be deceived!

There is a Mice infestation here. My vehicle has been towed twice several days after snow fall and the parking lot still not had any snow removal done. Just bad all the way around. If desperate I understand why you living here but if you have options please PASS IT BY.
