The Crest

If you are looking for a starter apartment, the Crest is awesome! The rent is affordable and includes free utilities. The only additional expense you'll have is a card operated laundry center, which is actually pretty convenient. The apartments all have accent walls in the living room. The staff are friendly and you'll like your neighbors. I'm only moving because I need more space.

I have a one bedroom apartment, I am also a first time renter and I thought that this was the perfect place for me. Top thing I would like to mention about the apartment is the location. It is close to everything. Work, hospital, food store, you name and it's close. That is a great benefit to me and the environment because I will have less miles to drive and save on money.

very lovely building. newly renovated and affordable. staff and residents are friendly. very much into community. located right off Public Transportation line, grocery stores and shopping centers.

The crest is a none smoking building. it has one and two bedroom apartment. A bathroom with bath/shower. It has a laundry room is downstairs. They are working on keeping the hot water stable. It's a old building thats located by 3-4 colleges. Across the street from target and a library.

Has one main entrance, 13 floor building with two elevators which allows people with wheelchairs like my son to access their apartment. If you are looking for affordable and great friendly office personal and maintace people this your place.
