Criminal Activity, unsafe for families

Just go drive by Kensington after dark. Form your own opinion.
Trash all over, individuals go in and out of back fence, no lights in tenant parking lot after dark, no security cameras that work inside hallways/outside parking lot, door to let visitors in not in working order….not a good living situation for working class/crime free individuals.
