Ceiling leaked from bathroom up stairs warped and destroyed my ceiling. There idea to fix it scrape off the bubbled paint and paint over the damaged materials. Wall has been leaking since we moved in maintenance says it’s nothing so the molding around the window has no support due to the rotten wood. We find large spiders and insects that come from under the walls and bathtubs. No lights in the bedrooms at all. Ridiculous rules and inspections. Maintenance is a joke still waiting to get stove... fixed. My refrigerator was fixed with duct tape and one l bracket. Faicia bords in the kitchen under the sink are taped together with clear tape. If the wall or ceiling cracks they paint over it and will charge you for spacle when it never was used. Each window smudge is charged $.25. The bathtubs are not replaced just resurfaced. We were supposed to get new carpet and it never happened. Frequently smell marijuana and other drugs in the hallway. We found used needles at the park along with other drug paraphernalia.
