It's getting interesting

This property WAS nice before Dahl Street purchased it and allowed Inspire management to help; things have been going down ever since.

Asking the property manager to do ANYTHING is a complete crap show unless it's an emergency. Even then, she tries to pawn things off on the tenant to call and get help elsewhere. Drugs are being sold and used in the building and no one is doing anything about it though they are aware. Leases and inquiries are ignored unless you corner the property manager when...
she actually graces us with a rare appearance.

Police are called and come way more frequently, getting repairs done is like pulling teeth with tweezers. If maintenance does decide to appear, they always leave a giant mess and usually wind up ruining something in your place. On the bright side the rent is decent. The apartments are outdated, the hallway smells bad, the laundry room is always malfunctioning.
