Although the space is amazing for an apartment, the roaches are DISGUSTING. They charge you for pest control each month but the roaches are EVERYWHERE. Maintenance shows up to your door without even a minute of notice. For the price of the one bed we rent, we should NOT have roaches everywhere. The prices for laundry is insane especially since they rarely even actually dry the clothes. One washer was broken for well over a week leaving an entire floor of residents fighting over one washing... machine. The fruit flies from the constantly overflowing trash chute is also ridiculous. People pile garbage up and YOU pay the price. Fire alarms randomly being pulled at 1:00 am are ridiculous. Kids screaming and sprinting down the hallways are extremely loud. Very Happy here The maintenance is a totally on top of everything I called in and work order and the very same day they fixed my fridge great staff very pleasant and polite, and easy to work with.

Terrible. Dont live here. Managment was terrible. Maintenance didnt know what they were doing half the time. Elevator was constantly breaking down. Washers were flooding the floors. Pipes were constantly leaking or bursting.

Unpleasant Smells and Non-enthusiastic Guide Upon arriving, I felt as if we had arrived without an appointment. There wasn't any recognition that we were expected as we had experienced on other apartment tours. I don't believe the Guide even introduced herself, as later I had to say, "I'm sorry, what was your name again?" And then I introduced myself and my daughter, who had not even been acknowledged.

Our guide was pleasant enough, but just seemed rather unenthusiastic about the whole... process.

We traveled to garage to get the "golf cart," which she referred to as a more clever name. The garage seemed dirty and not particularly well lit. Just rather dingy. Then we traveled to the building we were touring. Upon entry I was immediately hit by a smell. Not, an "Oh, someone is cooking dinner, perhaps with spices that are new to me." smell. But rather, "the trash really needs to be taken out!" smell. That smell filled the elevator and even continued on the floor we were visiting. At least on that floor there was also the smell of something being prepared for a meal, which that helped.

The apartment was also rather underwhelming.

By the time we visited your apartment complex we had already since five others. I had seem your ads and was very hopeful that we would find a pleasant place to call home. Unfortunately, even though I ran into a prior student I have missed seeing in a few months due to his having surgery, I left feeling disappointed. Read More
