West Apartments

apartment is SUPPOSED to be a *non-smoking* apartment but i can say from *FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE* that it is not. it wreaks of cigarette smoke because of the neglect from the caretakers when enforcing the *no-smoking* rules. i had a guest over to my apartment and they told me that they had to wash their clothes out because they wreaked of smoke when they didn:t stay that long and didn:t smoke themselves. the carpet in the hallways also are very RARELY vacuum:d. along with the parking lot is... unshoveled and unsalted during the winters. for an apartment specifically for people with disabilities- it:s sad that someone would actually expect/allow someone to live here in these conditions. it took over 3 weeks for my toilet to get fixed once and even longer than that for my kitchen sink to get fixed. i strongly urge anyone contemplating on living here/having a loved one live here to reconsider and look at other apartments.
