Listen to every single bad review on this apartment complex it is terrible the management is terrible they will do nothing about it it is basically a really nice slum. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. THEY WILL TAKE AS MUCH OF YOUR MONEY AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE AND SCREW YOU OVER ON PURPOSE BECAUSE THEY'RE A BUSINESS

I moved in when this building first open and it was amazing!!! Nice, clean, quiet, and relaxing. It hasn't even been a year since they opened and NOW it's nasty!!!! garbage everywhere. Garbage cans around building overflowing. Garbage in halls, dog poop and pee in the halls and in the elevators. No one cleans up after their animals. Pee and Poop all over the parking lot. Smell of marijuana all through the halls. You don't smell anything but garbage and weed threw the whole complex. Kids running... through halls and parties and music every night. They let anyone move here. People kicking buttons in the elevator to break it a couple times. Windows broke throughout the building. People park in your garage still parking. When you message property manager about it you don't get a response so nothing is done. RESIDENTS are stealing from the lobby. They are stealing pillows, cushions, and decorations from the lobby. People steal your packages. I ended up NOT changing my address to here and changed it to a friends because mail gets stolen to much. THIS PLACE STINKS HORRIBLY!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE. I really feel for whoever cleans this apartment complex because there is trash literally everywhere. people don’t clean up after their dogs either there’s dog poop everywhere. pets pee in the elevators as well. management is also useless because all they do is send mass emails saying the same message, they don’t enforce any rules. people also steal underground parking spots. neighbors smoke cigarettes/weed right by the doors. kids run around at night through the hallways. and the cops are here... 3-4 times a week at the least. I never really understood the point of writing a review for an apartment where I never lived until now. I've been looking for an apartment for at least 2 months. Seeing what Spring House had on their website and other sites like this I wanted to tour a unit and get some more information. I tried setting up a tour on the website but kept getting a message that "something went wrong" So I called them and left messages on at least 3 separate occasions-no response. The unit listed since August said... it was available Sept 30th so I finally just took the morning off of work and drove over there.

The property manager was sitting in a dark office at the back of the lobby. I didn't even see her until she moved. When I joked about not seeing her she said she was hiding. I said I was sorry to be a pest because I already left a few messages but I came by because I'm interested in looking at the 1 bedroom that was available. She said "Yeah, I haven't checked voicemails in months." MONTHS?! Ok wow. I mentioned trying to schedule a tour online and she said the system won't let you if nothing is available and they're completely full and have a waitlist of 400 names! I started asking about the apartment on the website and she cut me off and said "It's rented and it'll stay listed on there until they move in." At this point I was getting irritated that she kept cutting me off when I was trying to talk. Again, I started asking if that's because there was a chance they might not move in and she cut me off again and said NO. So I asked when she thinks there might be openings and she AGAIN cut me off saying everyone signed at least a year lease when they moved in last spring so she won't have anything until at least next spring. I said I was confused then because they just had a 1 bedroom available and she snapped back that it was a 6 month lease. I thought, 'Didn't she just say everyone signed at least a year lease? but ok... I asked her what was the best approach to finding out when there are openings she just said the website. I ended up just leaving frustrated by how she behaved.

I'd say the management company should be embarrassed by how she represented the community, but considering how extremely bad she was and the fact that it's nearly impossible to find THEIR contact information, they probably don't care. Read More

Do not rent here. Domestic fights, kids playing in the hallway, trash in the trash room/hallway right after they just cleaned, smells like marijuana, units above and below are extremely loud cannot sleep at night!!! MGMT doesn’t do anything about the noise complaint you send. The police department of Coon Rapids literally are here all the time. No parking for guests.
