Steady Decline
I moved into this community because it seemed well managed and welcoming, but my experience has changed significantly over the past several months.
The parking situation has been a major issue. Guests have been towed from designated guest parking areas, and when questions are asked, management and the towing company have not provided photos or documentation explaining why the tow occurred. This lack of clarity has been frustrating and stressful as a resident.
Since moving in last January,... there have been frequent staffing changes and multiple announcements of new property managers. Communication has felt inconsistent, and raising concerns or asking for clarification has often felt difficult rather than collaborative.
I hope the property can improve transparency, consistency, and communication, as the location and building itself have a lot of potential. Unfortunately, the current experience has not aligned with what I expected when signing my lease.

Tour My tour was very pleasant and good! I believe the person who performed the tour name was Mina, or Myia, was very nice. What made my tour so amazing is that she made me feel comfortable and very down to earth. Showed me everything and answered all my questions at the time. I've been living in my townhome for over 16 years and I absolute love living here, I've been looking for a while, and nothing have matched or compared to my standards. Except this place at Ellie, she made my experience... good. I would love to live here. I am in love.

Domestic Abuse next door There’s domestic abuse next door. I’ve reported him to the police, reported him to the office, and I hate living here because of this experience. There are also 2 small children living there.nothing is being done and that’s completely unacceptable.
