Great Place to live This is a great place to live. It is convenient to major freeways so you can easily get anywhere. I cannot imagine a more pet friendly environment. The buildings are immaculately maintained and the grounds beautiful.

Grateful for the Support I Found at Oaks Lincoln My time at Oaks Lincoln Townhomes came during one of the hardest chapters of my life, and I can honestly say the staff—especially Traci and Maddie—helped me get through it. They weren’t just management; they were human, patient, and genuinely supportive.

Anytime I was overwhelmed, struggling, or needed clarity, Traci and Maddie showed up with kindness and understanding. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, informed, and cared for.… Not many places have staff who treat you like an actual person, not just a resident, but they did exactly that.

The property itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, but the real heart of this community is the people who run it. I’m deeply grateful for the compassion they showed me during such a difficult time.

If you’re looking for a place to live where management truly cares, Oaks Lincoln Townhomes is it. Thank you, Traci and Maddie, for everything—you made a difference.

lots of good but a large problem

We love our bay windows, our in unit washer dryer and the free washer dryer down the hall, we love the amount of Westward facing sunlight we get, and the amount of kitchen storage.

I'm shocked to not see any reviews anywhere mentioning this, but the wall A/C unit in the living room space circulates no cool air whatsoever to the bedroom. I'm in a 1 bedroom unit so maybe it's different in the units with multiple bedrooms, but as soon as it's over 60 degrees outside, we've needed to bring in… several fans to point directly at us as we sleep or we start sweating. The summer is just beginning here, and I can't imaging having to deal with this for the remainder of our lease that ends in November. I'm just shocked this problem has not been mentioned before.

Grateful I needed the light over the stove replaced so I could make a rare dinner for Christmas and they came right away so I could make my meal. Thanks so much for the quick response, especially on the holiday.
