Love living here I love this place. Manager Nicole does such a good job making this apartment building feel like home. Oaks Station Place is perfectly located for a person without a car! Amenities are walkable and the light rail is right here. I feel very secure and safe here.

I love this building, and I’ve been living here for 2 years now. It just feels different in a not very positive way since last year. It’s been such a home-like building and it would always be super clean, neighbors knew each other better and very respectful of each other. Nowadays the floors get pretty dirty, especially in the weekends, it became difficult to find drinks etc. in the kitchen, and the community room usage is not the best and most respectful by the neighbors. I’m not sure what... really changed in a year so much, but it doesn’t feel as homey anymore.

Great place to live! Great people, perfect location. We love living here at Oaks Station Place. Any time we have a question, Jess is available with an answer. Nicole addresses any issue we may have with speed and efficiency. We love it here. Plus, the Venn Brewery is a nice draw!
