Terrible place to live
They keep the building too hot. The windows leak airnintontje building. The ac units are filled with black mold. The plumbing is so bad my tub floods and takes HOURS to drain. I had to solve the issue myself because maintainance is terrible at their job. They even said themselves "I only know basics. We have to call professionals for bigger projects." They told me they would let managmebt know of an electrical.issue we were having with one of our outlets. Nothing came from that. They never... called a professional. When j asked if they could replace or fic the screen in the bedroom window they took one look and said we don't have the proper tools for that. And never did anything about it. Again no professional called. I through about doing things myself several times or calling g professionals and making managment reimburse me for my effort to make the necessary fixes to my apartment. The only real fixes they did on the apartment while I was here were patching and painting the parking lot and one major pipe leak in the boiler/laundry room area. Thay is all o saw them do while I have been living here. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are looking for a new olace to stay and will be moving out soon. any inspector would say this building is not up to code. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless your in desperate need of housing.
