The home has a 3 car attached garage and a very large storage shed which fits a car. The yard is 100 percent fenced and deck is above and beyond what you would normally find in a rental home.
Dogs are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $50mo). Sorry no Cats.
Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow care. If you are not interested in that we can add $250mo to rent and have lawn mowed weekly and snow removed when it snows more than 2 inches.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. For all units with forced air heating residents will be enrolled in the Utility & Maintenance Reduction Program at an additional fee of $15 per month.
