This place is very loud, and management does not follow the terms regarding noise in the lease at all. The onsite staff is VERY RUDE and dismissive. The corporate office (Sherman Associates) does not care about their properties at all, the phone number they have just goes to an answering service, you can never talk to a real person, and they never return your calls when you leave a message. The garage dumpsters are always running over with garbage, and old nasty mattresses and furniture are... always strewn about near them, and the garage absolutely reeks! The smell from the garage is so strong that the building always reeks of garbage. There have been times that the building has smelled like a land field for months on end. And good luck getting any repairs done, this building has water damage all over the place. They don't fix water damage and leaks in the apartments, and allow holes to go unrepaired, there's currently one in my ceiling (from water damage) that has been ignored for almost two months now! And also if you're looking for a non-smoking property, stay far away from here! Read More

The apartment itself is nice. Nice Whirlpool appliances and great location with access to the Bruce Vento walking trail. However, management never answers the phone. I called 8 times one day and no answer. They hide across the street at English Silver. They never update you if there is an issue in your apartment. If you have a noise complaint they tell you to call the police instead of handling it themselves. They don't fix leaks at all. Our apartment leaked 3 times that we were there and we... were there less than a month when this was happening. No one cared that the ceiling had a crack in it. The leaks weren't our fault either, they were the neighbors fault and nothing was done about it. Thankfully we were able to get out of there. Good luck if you apply here! DO NOT live on the 1st floor whatever you do. You can find much better apartments with management that treats you with respect elsewhere. Read More

It is very hard to get hold of someone in this management, I been trying since ever since they opened this place back 2016 or 2015. I have left messages on their office phone, sent them a contact property messages about their availability and have not get one call back from them, even if they do or don't have any availability otherwise, the property is beautiful and clean as always. That's my only concerns about the management teams, they just need to response to customers messages.
