Aesthetically fine
While living in this building for one year, I had the following problems: gas leak in stove, sparking kitchen light (contacted management multiple times before they would fix it), washer/dryer that stained and tore clothes, no hot water in the bathroom sink, backwards water temperatures from kitchen sink, promised and nonexistent indoor bike parking, broken brand new furnace (when it was -20 degrees, due to poor installation), warped floorboards during winter months (which let in ants, too!),... non-draining dishwasher, and multiple failed city inspections.
The apartment is listed at 750sq ft, but upon measuring, our unit was less than 500sq ft.
Before moving into the building, we were stood up twice for other tours by the property management, and our landlord infrequently answered his phone or any other mode of communication even during maintenance emergencies.
