Overall, I would recommend my apartment. It's an adorable, spacious 1 bed/1bath that I just love! This is a newly renovated building and Mint Properties has done a great job. Every unit has new appliances, floors, windows, AC units, and bathrooms. The units were renovated about a year ago, but the hallways and lobby are brand new. They even re-paved the parking lot and re-painted the building. This area between Uptown and Eat Street is a great location to live. It's closer to Eat Street, but... still has great access to all the fun activities in downtown Uptown. The only negative I would say is the management. I spoke to some very nice employees, but also have dealt with some extremely crabby and rude employees. Their maintenance crew has entered my apartment multiple times without any notice and no note that they have been there. I requested they leave me a note letting me know they were there, and I haven't had any issues since. I'm still living there, so I haven't had to go through the vacating process, but I have a feeling that this will definitely not be easy. Even with these downfalls, I would recommend this apartment.
