What This Townhouse Offers

This unit is available for in person tours. The photos and video were taken before out current tenant move in, currently the unit is in good condition and ready for move in anytime after September 10th.

Linden Hills upper level duplex, available for a Mid Sept or October 1st move in. We are looking for a 18-22 month lease to start.

Walking into this unit you will find a large living room with access to the screened in porch. The dining room separates the two bedrooms.

The second bedroom is on the smaller side and has been mainly used as an office. The main bedroom is large enough for a king or queen.

We have added a dishwasher after these photos were taken.
