- Must pass a background check screening including valid SSN, prior addresses line up with application, no misdemeanors within the past 3 years, no unpaid judgements from previous landlords, no convictions for distributing or producing controlled substances, cannot be on the sex offender registration for lifetime, no felonies within the past 7 years, and no conviction sentences within the past 10 years.
- Applicants must be capable of moving into property and pay rent within 2 weeks of the availability date
- The Section 8 program is not permitted for residency.
