Great building, great staff!
I've been living here for about four months now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The building is located in a wonderful neighborhood and it's a short walk to Bde Maka Ska as well as many wonderful restaurants and businesses. The building itself is very pretty and well maintained by friendly cleaning and maintenance staff. My apartment is comfortable, with nice appliances and large windows that have a beautiful view and receive plenty of sunlight. The apartments are also very well... insulated, I've had virtually no issues with sound leaking between neighboring apartments. The property management staff have also been wonderful, they are friendly and very quick to respond to questions and maintenance requests. It's been a fantastic experience and I highly recommend considering Alexander Apartments as your next home.
