Best Apartment & Best Staff

I have absolutely loved living at Arcata, it truly feels like home. Our maintenance guy Nelson is amazing and always on top of it. As soon as I put in a maintenance request, he knocks on my door with the biggest smile!! He’s fast and efficient!

Arcata Apartments

Arcata apartment has been my amazing home for the past three years. The staff in particular is what makes the building a home! The leasing staff and maintenance man, Nelson, are all so incredibly accommodating and kind!

Love it here

Hello everyone! I’ve lived here for 7 years and I love it. It’s a good quiet with great service. Maintenance staff Nelson is the best and always so nice!
